Johnny is fantastic! Being a first-time cat owner, I was a little apprehensive, but Johnny put me at ease with his extensive knowledge and friendly demeanor. When my boyfriend and I decided to get a second cat, we didn't hesitate to go back to Johnn... y. Throughout the process of picking up our kitten, Johnny was incredibly helpful. He video chatted with us and sent us photos of the new addition to our family. He shared valuable tips on introducing our cats, which worked perfectly because they are now the best of friends. Johnny is a true professional who is passionate about his work. Although we had to drive 6 hours round-trip to see him, it's worth it to have such amazing cats in our lives. I can't explain how grateful I am to have found Johnny at SD ragdolls! He was so patient with me and made sure to update me throughout the process of finding our perfect little kitty, Kona. At first, we were waiting for a different litter but when Jo... hnny recognized there was a kitty that matched EXACTLY what I was looking for, he arranged for me to meet her. It was love at first sight! He is easy to reach, honest, and approachable. He answered all my questions (I have a LOT) with patience. I felt like I could trust him throughout the process, as he never rushed me to make a decision. We also have a purebred Russian Blue, so I can really speak to how Johnny stands out from other catteries. I couldn't have asked for a better experience when it comes to selecting a new kitten to join our family. Giancarlo not only provided us with a beautiful Ragdoll, we even decided to take home a ragamuffin as well after having such a wonderful experie... nce with this breeder. I had close communication via text and phone with Giancarlo from the very beginning. He sent photos at the time of birth and several update photos along the way. He even allowed my son to FaceTime the kittens so we could make our selection. He was so hands on throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions, even after we picked up our new addition. The worse part will be saying goodbye after all is done, but we hope to stay in contact and update him on how they are thriving in their new home. Read more

We love our kitten!!! SDragdolls helped me understand how to care for my kitten. Shots needed what to ask the vet. What to do and test for when she felt a little “off” when first arriving home.
